As a seasoned healthcare strategist, operator and corporate development leader, I have spent over 15 years building healthcare businesses across 6 continents.  My experience includes scaling venture-backed start-ups, leading strategic turnarounds, guiding international expansion strategies, supporting IPOs and managing multi-billion-dollar negotiations. 

 

I serve as a Board advisor and healthcare consultant to leaders who seek guidance with healthcare strategy, operations, project and program management and international expansion.  My advisory support also encompasses corporate development (M&A), integration, governance and leadership development.

I am pursuing a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College.  I hold an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  As a global citizen, I have worked in healthcare systems on 6 continents and traveled to 120+ countries.  I enjoy blogging about organizations and people who are leaving an indelible mark in the global healthcare arena.
